땅에 떨어진 라이터를 봤는데 가스가 많이 남아있었다. 왜 버렸을까? 보통 흡연자들은 라이터와 담배는 아무리 술에 취해도 잘 주워가는데 말이다.
일단 내가 팔로우하는 사람은 4명이다. 유명인의 트위터 없이, 지인만 4명이다. 맞팔은 전혀 안하고 있다. 네트워크 이론으로 따지자면, 연결지점이 매우 적은 허브에 해당한다. 나를 통하여 유통되는 정보는 자연스럽게 매우 적은 분량이 된다. 트위터에 글을 올리는 건 내 체중이랑 가끔 다른 사람들에게 말 걸때 정도.
나를 팔로우 하는 사람은 현재 17명이다. 왜 팔로우 하는지는 잘 모르겠다…-_-;; 별로 유용한 정보도, 일상의 신변잡기도 올라오지 않는데. 유일한 정보는 내 체중이다. 그것이 과연 궁금한 정보일지는 잘 모르겠다.
사실 그래서 새로 바뀐 트위터 화면의 오른쪽에 나오는 Trends, Who to follow 코너는 매우 쓸모없다. 어떻게 없앴으면 좋겠는데 안되는 것 같다.
트위터에서 중독을 막으려면, 일단 내 타임라인에 올라오는 글들을 잘 읽어보고 쓸데없는 글을 올리는 사람들을 내 목록에서 지우면 된다. 간단하다. 듣지 않으면 말할 필요가 없다.

써봤는데, 쓸만한것 같다. (벌써 엄청난 사람들이 사용중인 언어인데 쓸만하지 않을리 없지…-_-;)
그리고 퇴근 직전에 소장님 비서실에서 전화가 와서 선물 받아가라고…-_-;
뭔 선물인가 받아서 뜯어봤더니 4GB 용량의 카드형 USB드라이브였다. 안그래도 USB드라이브는 남아돌고 있어서, 내 장난감 컴퓨터에게 주었다. (내 장난감 컴퓨터는 Compact Flash와 USB드라이브를 하드디스크 대신 쓴다. 그래서 USB드라이브를 받으면 하드 용량이 늘어난다.)
정부가 돈이 많이 들어가는 공사를 발주한다. 따라서 일자리가 늘어나고 서민 경제가 활성화 될 것이다.
여기서 “따라서”가 맞으려면 서민에게 돈이 가야 한다. 그런데, 발주해서 돈을 주고나서 그 돈이 실제로 서민에게 가는지는 감독하지 않는다. “따라서” 서민에게 돈이 가지 않는다. 이것은 “자연스럽”고 또한 “당연”한 일이다.

나는 앞/뒤를 동전을 던져서 결정하고, 추첨은 동전을 던져서 앞/뒤가 나오는 겁니다.
그럼 4가지 경우가 있습니다.

로또 번호가 46개중 6개를 고르는 시스템인데, 그럼 나도 로또 추첨기를 하나 사서 로또 번호를 선택하고, 로또 추첨에서도 추첨기를 사용합니다.
그럼, 당첨될 확률은?
46개중 번호 6개를 골라서 만들 수 있는 경우의 수를 n가지 있다고 해 보죠. 그걸 적당한 순서대로 늘어놓습니다.
내가 가진 로또 추첨기는 그 n가지 경우의 수 중 1개를 고르는 겁니다. 대략 800만개중 1개를 찍는거죠. 따라서 이 문제는 800만개의 공 중에서 1개를 고르는 문제가 됩니다.
로또 추첨에 쓰는 로또 추첨기 역시 그 800만개중 1개를 고르는 겁니다.
그럼 “당첨 확률”은?
대충 보면, 가능한 전체 경우의 수는 n*n가지 경우가 있는데, 그중 당첨되는 경우는 n가지 경우입니다. 따라서 n/(n*n) = 1/n
만약 내가 고정된 번호만을 고른다고 하면, 당연히 당첨 확률은 1/n입니다.
따라서 매주 번호를 바꾸든 말든 로또 당첨 확률은 전혀 변하지 않습니다.
There are many arguments if it is bad that children are allowed to watch television. In my opinion, I totally agree the argument that that is bad. This is because of three reasons; getting their eyes worse, making their brain hardened, and having their physical health weakened.
First of all, it is the well known fact that watching television makes human’s eyes worse. The effect is more powerful to children, so they may live with bad eyes in their whole life. Moreover, eyes that have been already bad could not be cured. Therefore, it is necessary to prohibit for children to watch television.
Second, television just provide so much information. Forced injection of information without consideration makes children’s brain thoughtless more and more. According to a research, the children that watch television from their early age have lower inteligence index than ones that do not. This is a good reason that children should be prevented to watch television.
At last, children to watch television do not tend to do physical excercises. If their parents help them get out and play on the ground, they never do not move their body and watch television on everyday. It is obvious that this leads them to become less healthy. Thus, their parents should not allow the children to watch television and let them play on out of the house.
In sum, television has three bad effects, which are for eyes, for brain, and for physical health. Therefore, I strongly argue that television should be turned off in sight of children since allowing chlidren to watch television must make bad effect to them.

잠잠해지면 다시 풀겠습니다.
금을 주제로 해서, 고대부터 현대에 이르기까지 금이 있었던 곳, 금이 사용된 곳, 금과 관련된 많은 이야기를 짜임새있게 풀어내고 있다. 금과 돈을 좋아하는 사람이라면 한번쯤 읽어볼만하다. 경제학과 관련된 이야기들도 많아서 경제학 공부하는 사람들에게도 좋을 것 같다. 금값과 환율과 기타등등에 관련된 흥미로운 이야기들이 있다.
금을 소유하려는 자는 결국 금에게 소유되었다. 욕심은, 적당히.
When we have free time, we can do something to develop ourselves. Moreover, people do not things that make their community improved because they are regarded as having no relation to themselves. However, because there are strong relationships between a person and the one’s community, it is so important to contribute the community. If provide my time to advance my community, I want to clean the street in my town. This is because there are three reasons: meeting members in the community, making the town more comfortable, and helping the local economy to progress.
First of all, cleaning the street provides more chances to meet my neighbors and people in my town. The increased chances to meet each other also help crime rate decreasing since people in the town trust each other and they easily can notice strangers who might do possibly crime.
Second, making the town more comfortable will be also helped by cleaning the street. In my personal experience, I had wiped out heavy snow on the road from my home to a bus-stop. After this, my neighbors as well as I were able to go to my working site. If we just waited for snow to melt down, we must be fired by our bosses.
At last, cleaning the street helps the local economy because the management budget of the town could be saved. Assume that all of us do clean our street volutarily. Then, it leads the budget to clean the street to save. We can easily find examples like this to save the budget.
All in all, I will clean my street if I give my hour to my town. This is because I believe that it is the only way to using my time worthly.
